Managing Director

Colm is the founding director of the company having established CLC & Associates in 2015 & has been involved in civil, structural and fire engineering, as well as planning and project management of large scale projects. Colm is a Chartered Engineer and a member of Engineers Ireland.

Ger O'Sullivan

Senior Chartered Engineer

Ger is a Chartered Engineer and a member of Engineers Ireland. He has 20 years’ experience in all major forms of construction such as structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber.

Sinéad McGrath

Senior Project Coordinator

Sinéad qualified in Architectural Technology and continued to complete a Master’s from UL. She has worked in the construction industry for over 13 years with a range of experience including educational, leisure, hospitality, healthcare and residential sectors.
